Angle covered by hour hand in 3 hours 15 minutes i.e. 13/4 hours = [(360/12 * (13/4)]
= (195/2)o

Angle traced by hour hand at 10 pm = (360/12) * 10 = 300o
Angle traced by minute hand in 15 min = (360/60) * 15 = 90o
