Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect
Account information — your name, email address, and (if you sign up or log in with a phone number) your phone number, when you register.
Usage information — the mocks you attempt, your answers and scores, doubts you post, and content you save, so we can show you your own history, analytics, and rank.
Session information— we use cookies to keep you signed in securely. We don't use cookies for advertising.
2. How we use your information
To provide the service itself (authentication, saving your progress, scoring your mocks, showing your rank), to communicate with you (OTP codes, newsletter emails you've opted into, replies to your doubts), and to improve the platform.
3. What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your mock attempt data or doubts with anyone outside CLATalogue except where required by law.
4. Your choices
You can update your profile details from your dashboard at any time, unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any newsletter email, and request that we delete your account and associated data by writing to us at support@clatalogue.com.
5. Data retention
We keep your account and usage data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
6. Children's privacy
CLATalogue is built for LLM/PG law-entrance aspirants and isn't directed at children under 18.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the date above.
