AILET Application Form for 2024 Exam
AILET Application Form for AILET 2024 are now available. Interested candidates can now apply for the exam by registering at this website and filling up the application form for AILET 2024.
The last day to apply online for AILET 2024 is 13th November, 2023 and the admit cards will be issued on 20th November, 2023.

The All India Law Entrance Test (commonly known as AILET) will be conducted on the December 10, 2023 (Sunday) from 11.00 AM to 1:00 PM. The exam is conducted to facilitate admission to the B.A.LL.B. (Hons)/LL.M. and Ph.D. Programmes at National Law University, Delhi.
Changes in the AILET 2024 Exam Pattern
There are a couple of changes in the AILET 2024 exam pattern. The duration of AILET 2024 Exam is now 120 minutes as opposed to 150 minutes. The exam pattern for both L.L.M. and Ph.D. have been revised.
Besides that, NLU Delhi has also introduced a Ph.D. Degree in Social Sciences.
Revised Syllabus for AILET 2024
The AILET 2024 for B.A.LL.B (Hons.)will have three (3) sections of 150 multiple choice questions for 150 marks in total.
The duration of the examination is 120 minutes.

Important Points to Remember for AILET 2024
- Legal principles may be used in the logical reasoning section to test logical aptitude but the examination will not require any kind of legal knowledge or technical understanding.
- Negative marking: The criteria for negative marking will be based on the formula 0.25*4=1 that means per wrong answer 0.25 Marks will be deducted.
- If two or more candidates get the same marks, their merit will be determined on the basis of higher marks in the section on LOGICAL REASONING in the AILET 2024.
- If the merit is still same, then the candidate senior in age shall get preference.
- If still there is no change in merit, then computerized draw of lots shall be taken into consideration.
