CLAT 2021: No Extra Time for Filling Details in the OMR Sheet?

CLAT 2021 was conducted today with over 70,000 students appearing.
CLATalogue had put a feedback form asking people how their exam had been.
We received a few responses where people complained that they weren’t provided extra time to fill the OMR sheet before the exam. They were made to fill in their details within the two hours itself.
It seems that some students were given extra time to fill in their details in the OMR Sheet.
The CLAT notification says the envelope containing the Question Booklet and OMR Responses are to be distributed at 1.50 PM and the students are supposed to open the envelopes at 2.00 PM. This means as per the instructions, candidates are supposed to start filling it only after 2 PM.
This shows a troubling pattern. Filing the personal details within the two hours could be a deciding factor in a time-sensitive exam like CLAT.
We are looking to speak to people about this. If you have also faced this issue, and want to get in touch with us, fill the form here, or drop an email at mrinaal.datt@lawctopus.com.
