CLAT, AILET done- What Comes Next?

CLAT 2023 was held on 18th December, 2022, and results were announced on the 23rd. AILET 2023 was held on 11th December, 2022 and results were out on the 19th. If you performed well in CLAT or AILET, our heartiest congratulations to you!

For those who didn’t, you still have other options in the form of upcoming law exams. Listed below are the doorways that are still open to you, practice, prepare well, and give your 100% and you’ll ace this!

1. SLAT/Symbiosis Law Entrance Test

Date: 6th May, 2023 and 14 May, 2023.
Pattern: 60 minutes, 60 questions. There will be 12 questions from each of the 5 sections. No negative marking

For Admission into Symbiosis Law School, Pune/Noida/Hyderabad/Nagpur.

2. MH-CET 5 years LLB exam

Date: Not out yet (Tentatively 3rd week of April)
Pattern: 120 minutes, 150 questions.
No negative marking
40 questions: Legal Reasoning
30 questions: GK
40 questions: Logical Reasoning
10 questions: Math
30 questions: English

For admission into GLC, Mumbai/ILS, Pune/Dr. Ambedkar College of Law, Mumbai, etc.

3. LSAT 2023

Date: January 22, 2023 (January Session)
June 8th-June 11th, 2023 (June Session).
Pattern: 140 minutes. 35 minutes for each section
4 sections: Analytical Reasoning, Logical Reasoning 1, Logical Reasoning 2, Reading Comprehension
No negative marking

4. AMU Law Entrance Exam

Date: Not out yet (Tentatively last week of May, 2023).
Pattern: 120 minutes, 100 questions. Sections like English Language, Current Affairs, General Knowledge, Logical Reasoning and Mathematical Aptitude.

For admission into Aligarh Muslim University.

5. ULSAT 2023

Date: Not out yet (Tentatively 3rd week of May, 2023).
Pattern: 200 questions, 180 minutes
No negative marking
Sections like Legal Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, Language Comprehension and Legal GK.

For admission into UPES, Dehradun.
