Dr. Nikhil Kashyap is a multi – talented scholar in law. Having completed his M.A. (Political Science), he chose the field of law. He has completed his LL.B., and then Bachelors turned into Master (LL.M.) from Indian Law Institute, a premier institute of law in New Delhi. Mr. Kashyap has qualified prestigious UGC National Eligibility Test (UGC-NET) and completed his Ph.D. from National Law University, Delhi (NLU – Delhi). Being academically very sound, he was Head of Research Wing (Gazetted Officer in Govt. of NCT of Delhi) of Delhi Judicial Academy (works under the aegis of High Court of Delhi to provide training to all the Judges of subordinate courts in Delhi).

His professional life took a turn, when he realised his passion for imparting knowledge through teaching. He is passionate, dedicated and vibrant teacher, his best quality as a teacher is to make the students learn with minimal efforts and enjoyment. His aura is such that students learn effortlessly with him. He is not only knowledgeable but a holistic mentor as he has an edge of vast experience clubbed with knowledge.

Mr. Uday Singh Rathore is an ardent legal scholar, and an experimental mentor. His approach towards law is contrary to the traditional theory of legal instruction. The idea behind his approach is to provide a conceptual introduction and understanding of laws, which leaves an everlasting impact on the students’ minds. His experience of teaching in the field of law is more than 15+ years. He instils in his students the passion to study and embrace law, with all its vigour.

Even from his college days from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, he has been sharing, learning and teaching the wisdom of law. The passion he has for law, automatically gets transferred to his students. Having given guest lectures in various law colleges, such as, Jindal Law College, Jamia milia Islamia, Faculty of Law Delhi University, Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies (VIPS) and many more, his exposure to various types of students has widened, thus giving him the ability to cater to and tackle the needs of every student. Miss Sakshi Kanodia is a young lawyer currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Criminal law from Amity University, Haryana. Apart from being a diligent student she is also a dedicated researcher and eloquent orator. Her contributions to legal academia extend beyond the classroom, with numerous publications to her name in both national and international journals, newspapers, and prestigious platforms like the Harvard College Blog.

She also has various books on her name. Miss Sakshi has actively participated in several seminars earning recognition with awards for best presenter and outstanding research papers. Gaining practical insights while interning at various organizations, such as the Ministry of Law and Justice, ONGC, Delhi High Court, she has honed her skill set by possessing a work experience as a Research Associate for 6+ years where she has contributed on multiple research projects and in developing study material for law students. She is also a part of the Editorial Board of quite a few eminent law journals. She is an elegant entrepreneur with devotion to serve the law fraternity.
