About SLAT
The Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT) 2025 offers aspiring law students a chance to secure admission into the prestigious Symbiosis International (Deemed University). This entrance exam opens doors to undergraduate law programs like BA LLB and BBA LLB, spread across various Symbiosis law schools in Pune, Noida, Hyderabad, and Nagpur.
SLAT 2025 Exam Pattern
SLAT is a computer-based test consisting of 60 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) spread across five sections. The duration of the test is 60 minutes.

Eligibility Criteria for SLAT 2025
To be eligible for SLAT 2025, candidates must have completed their 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board with a minimum aggregate score of 45% (40% for reserved categories). Students appearing for their Class 12 exams in 2025 are also eligible to apply, provided they meet the score criteria at the time of admission.
Important Points to Note for SLAT Exam 2025
- If a candidate takes more than one test, only the higher score will be used for the final percentile calculation.
- There will be no normalization process for scores.
- A carefully tested process will ensure that different types of questions are framed for each topic in the question papers.
- The distribution of questions will be fair, so no one will have an advantage by choosing a particular test or taking multiple tests.
- Question papers will be balanced in terms of difficulty across both tests.
- There is no negative marking for wrong answers.

SLAT 2025 Exam Date
SLAT 2025 exam dates have been announced. SLAT 2025 is to be conducted on Computer-based Test mode on December 13th, 2024 (Friday) and December 15th, 2024 (Sunday). Timings of the tests will be communicated to the candidates via their Admit Card.
SLAT 2025 Selection Process
The SLAT score is just the first step toward admission. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a Written Ability Test (WAT) and a Personal Interview (PI). The final merit list will be based on the combined scores of SLAT, WAT, and PI.
Steps to Register for SLAT 2025
Register online on the website www.slat-test.org (up to November 22, 2024)

Click on ‘Register’
STEP 2
Read all the Instructions carefully and then click on the ‘Continue’ button to accept the Terms and Conditions.
STEP 3
Fill in the details requested on the page displayed.
STEP 4
Click on ‘Save & Continue’. An OTP will be sent to the mobile number and email id that you have entered.
STEP 5
Enter the ‘OTP’ and submit.
STEP 6
After successful registration, you will get an e-mail & SMS containing your SLAT ID and password. Use this SLAT ID for all communications regarding the SLAT 2025 entrance test / admission procedure.
STEP 7
Pay the SLAT entrance test registration fee of INR 2250 per test [government taxes would be additional as and when applicable] non-transferable and non-refundable as per the instructions mentioned on the Registration Portal.
Note: No changes shall be permitted after the registration under any circumstances.
